At Nanna Folk our priority is to offer the best possible customer service, that is why we give you several options to contact us and be able to help you; in case you need it, go to the contacts section where you will see all the possibilities.

Nanna Folk designs and creates all her jewelry in an artisanal way, the whole process is controlled step by step always with the intention of offering the best possible quality. We use noble materials, 925 sterling silver and 18/24 carat gold baths.

You can place your order as a guest if you do not want to register, we will only ask you for the necessary information to process your order, although we recommend that you do so, in order to receive news from us.

All our orders are shipped in a beautiful box with our logo at no charge.

If your order is for a gift and you need a bag, select this option at checkout. Your gift order will be packed in our box and in a gift bag free of charge.

At the moment we offer shipments to Spain, Europe and the United States, with certain exceptions, for more details see the shipments section.

In some international shipments it may be necessary to pay taxes and customs fees, from Nanna Folk we provide the necessary documents for this management, the expenses incurred by said taxes and fees being the responsibility of the buyer.

Once the order has been placed, we will send you an email with its tracking data.

You can check the delivery times in the Shipping section, however if you need your order to arrive before the indicated deadlines, contact us and whenever possible we will be delighted to do so.
