These Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of the website www.nannafolk.com ownership of NAOLA DESIGN with C.I.F. B-85281566 and registered office at Calle Félix Candela nº 77 in Madrid, registered in the Madrid Mercantile Registry in volume 25039, book 0, section 8 of the company book, page M450921, Folio 98, as well as the services and products offered by Nanna Folk on its website.
NANNA FOLK offers this website subject to these Terms and Conditions. By visiting the website or using the services or applications on the website, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.
User registration will not be required to access the website. However, in order to contract any of the services offered by Nanna Folk, the User's registration and acceptance of these conditions will be required before formalizing the payment.

These Naola Terms and Conditions described below define the rights and obligations of both parties within the framework of the website. 4. Price, payment method and discount codes

6. Returns and right of withdrawal
6.1. Returns for manufacturing defects.
The User may return to NANNA FOLK, free of charge, any product that has a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the contracted products, the User will have a period of one month from when he became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to notify NANNA FOLK your lack of conformity with them. If this period is exceeded, any damages will be assumed by the User.
The return of products that have manufacturing defects in them will not entail any additional cost for the User.
To formalize the return, the User must contact NANNA FOLK within the granted period of one month by email to the address email@example.com indicating the product or products to be returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects observed in them.
Once NAOLA has received the User's communication, it will inform you within 3-5 business days whether or not to return the product. In the event that the return proceeds, the User will be indicated how to collect or send the defective product to their offices / warehouses.
Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -where appropriate-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way, NANNA FOLK reserves the right to deny the return.
In the event that for reasons of lack of stock it is not possible to send another product with identical characteristics, the User may choose to terminate the contract (that is, the refund of the amounts paid) or request the shipment of another model that the User voluntarily chooses.
The delivery of the product with identical characteristics or the new model that the User chooses, as appropriate, will take place within the next 3-5 business days from the date on which NANNA FOLK confirmed to the User the replacement of the defective product or the shipment of the new model.
The replacement, the sending of a new model or the termination of the contract will not imply additional costs for the User.
The refund will be made in the same way that the payment was made.
In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of 30 days from the date of delivery of the order.
Exceptions: The exchange or return period for orders placed from November 27 to January 6 is until January 30, or one month from the delivery date if later
The user may return the entire order or, if he / she prefers, may return any of the products that make up the total order and all this without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons.
However, the User must bear the direct cost of returning to NANNA FOLK, whether he returns the order in full or if he decides to return only some of the products of the order.
To formalize the return, you must send an email to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Once this communication is received, the address will be indicated and you will be able to choose the shipping method of your choice.
Nanna Folk is not responsible for the courier company that the User hires for the return of the order. In this sense, the User is recommended to demand that the courier company provide the delivery receipt once the courier has deposited the product at the indicated address, so that the User has proof that the product has been delivered correctly.
The costs of returning the order (such as shipping costs through courier companies) will be borne directly by the User.
The product must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -where appropriate-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that Nanna Folk can deny the return.
Once Nanna Folk receives the order and verifies that it is in good condition, the entire amount paid by the User will be returned.
If the User decides to return the order Nanna Folk will return to the User all the amounts that the User had paid (except for shipping costs).
The term for the refund of the amount paid will not exceed 14 calendar days from when the User decided to terminate the contract.
7. Product Exchange Policy

8.- Use of the Website
The use of the Website for fraudulent purposes, or related to criminal offenses or illicit activities of any kind is not allowed.

11. Partial nullity

17. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law. The parties, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the User's place of residence.

5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it is evidenced that any of the Participants does not meet the requirements set forth in the Bases, or the data provided to participate were not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded by virtue of this Promotion.
