Nanna Folk is a trademark belonging to the group NAOLA DESIGN, S.L. hereinafter Nanna Folk. These Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of the website www.nannafolk.com ownership of NAOLA DESIGN with C.I.F. B-85281566 and registered office at Calle Félix Candela nº 77 in Madrid, registered in the Madrid Mercantile Registry in volume 25039, book 0, section 8 of the company book, page M450921, Folio 98, as well as the services and products offered by Nanna Folk on its website.
NANNA FOLK offers this website subject to these Terms and Conditions. By visiting the website or using the services or applications on the website, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.
User registration will not be required to access the website. However, in order to contract any of the services offered by Nanna Folk, the User's registration and acceptance of these conditions will be required before formalizing the payment.
Through the NAOLA website offers Users jewelry of the brand it owns NANNA FOLK.
These Naola Terms and Conditions described below define the rights and obligations of both parties within the framework of the website. These are the only Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the website (without prejudice to the fact that for certain services there may be particular conditions) and the contracting of orders through the website and they replace any other conditions, unless prior agreement and in writing between Naola and the User.
2. User Data
In order to acquire the products offered through the Website, it will not be necessary for the User to register on the website, if they so wish, the registration will be made at through the registration form available on the Website.
The User will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the data and information provided and for restricting access to their computer and their access codes to avoid possible unauthorized uses.
In the event that the User has reason to believe that their data has been made known to a third party, or if they have been used in an unauthorized manner, or are likely to be, they must notify this situation immediately.
It will be the obligation of the User to verify that their data is correct and complete and to inform NAOLA when there is any variation and / or modification in the information provided in the purchase process.
3. Orders and conditions of sale
To place orders through the Website, the User must provide a series of data prior to contracting, through the purchase form, and which will be necessary to manage their purchase order.
Nanna Folk makes national and international shipments (see shipments)
4. Price, payment method and discount codes
Once the data on the form has been completed, the User must proceed to pay the order through the means of payment specified on the Website.
After the payment is made, the User will receive an order confirmation email, which will include a summary of the items purchased, the requested shipping method and the destination address.
If at the time of payment there is an incident that prevents payment, the User will receive an automatic payment error message and their order will not be processed until the payment process is successfully completed.
The prices of the services are expressed in Euros (€), including taxes and management and shipping costs, the amount of which will be indicated at the time of final confirmation of each order.
All the prices shown are final prices, the Value Added Tax (VAT) being expressly included, without prejudice to the fact that the user will have detailed information on the price of the product at all times.
Nanna Folk may periodically offer discount codes to its Users. Said discounts may only be applied in accordance with the specified instructions. with respect to each code, and in any case, Users may only use a single code per order.
The use of discount codes will not be compatible with certain promotional actions and collections.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal
6.1. Returns for manufacturing defects.
The User may return to NANNA FOLK, free of charge, any product that has a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the contracted products, the User will have a period of one month from when he became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to notify NANNA FOLK your lack of conformity with them. If this period is exceeded, any damages will be assumed by the User.
The return of products that have manufacturing defects in them will not entail any additional cost for the User.
To formalize the return, the User must contact NANNA FOLK within the granted period of one month by email to the address administration@naola.es indicating the product or products to be returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects observed in them.
Once NAOLA has received the User's communication, it will inform you within 3-5 business days whether or not to return the product. In the event that the return proceeds, the User will be indicated how to collect or send the defective product to their offices / warehouses.
Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -where appropriate-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way, NANNA FOLK reserves the right to deny the return.
In the event that for reasons of lack of stock it is not possible to send another product with identical characteristics, the User may choose to terminate the contract (that is, the refund of the amounts paid) or request the shipment of another model that the User voluntarily chooses.
The delivery of the product with identical characteristics or the new model that the User chooses, as appropriate, will take place within the next 3-5 business days from the date on which NANNA FOLK confirmed to the User the replacement of the defective product or the shipment of the new model.
The replacement, the sending of a new model or the termination of the contract will not imply additional costs for the User.
The refund will be made in the same way that the payment was made.
6.2. Withdrawal.
In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of 30 days from the date of delivery of the order.
Exceptions: The exchange or return period for orders placed from November 27 to January 6 is until January 30, or one month from the delivery date if later
The user may return the entire order or, if he / she prefers, may return any of the products that make up the total order and all this without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons.
However, the User must bear the direct cost of returning to NANNA FOLK, whether he returns the order in full or if he decides to return only some of the products of the order.
To formalize the return, you must send an email to the email address info@nannafolk.com. Once this communication is received, the address will be indicated and you will be able to choose the shipping method of your choice.
Nanna Folk is not responsible for the courier company that the User hires for the return of the order. In this sense, the User is recommended to demand that the courier company provide the delivery receipt once the courier has deposited the product at the indicated address, so that the User has proof that the product has been delivered correctly.
The costs of returning the order (such as shipping costs through courier companies) will be borne directly by the User.
The product must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -where appropriate-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that Nanna Folk can deny the return.
Once Nanna Folk receives the order and verifies that it is in good condition, the entire amount paid by the User will be returned.
If the User decides to return the order Nanna Folk will return to the User all the amounts that the User had paid (except for shipping costs).
The term for the refund of the amount paid will not exceed 14 calendar days from when the User decided to terminate the contract.
7. Product Exchange Policy
In the event that the client wants to make a product change, they should contact Nanna Folk at the email address info@nannafolk.com, from where you will receive the precise instructions.
8.- Use of the Website
The use of the Website for fraudulent purposes, or related to criminal offenses or illicit activities of any kind is not allowed.
It is also prohibited to send, use or reuse illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or threatening material of any kind, or that involves a violation of intellectual property rights, trademarks, confidentiality, privacy or any other right, that is otherwise injurious or objectionable to third parties, or whose content contains computer viruses, political propaganda, advertising content, chain mail, mass mailing or any other type of "spam" and, in general, any type of annoyance or inconvenience unnecessary.
The User agrees to make a lawful, diligent, honest and correct use of whatever information or content has access either through the Website or third-party websites that are accessed through the links on the Website, and all this under the principles of good faith and with respect at all times to the current legislation and these Terms and Conditions.
Likewise, the User acquires the commitment not to cause maliciously or intentionally damages that may undermine, alter the Website itself, and not to introduce or spread computer viruses that may cause unauthorized alterations to the contents or systems that make up the Website.
Nanna Folk reserves the right to deny access to the Website or even cancel orders to Users who misuse the contents and / or breach any of the conditions that appear in this document.
9. Intellectual or Industrial Property
The intellectual property rights of the page www.nannafolk.com, its source code, design, navigation structures and the different elements contained therein are owned by NANNA FOLK, who has the exclusive exercise of the rights to exploit them in any way and especially, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation, in accordance with applicable Spanish and European legislation.
NANNA FOLK informs that it does not grant any express or implicit license or authorization whatsoever on intellectual and / or industrial property rights or on any other right or property related, directly or indirectly, to the contents included in the Website. The total or partial reproduction of the contents of the Website, not even through a hyperlink, without the express written consent of Nanna Folk is totally prohibited. The unauthorized use of these contents will give rise to the legally established responsibilities.
11. Partial nullity
In the event that any Clause of these Terms and Conditions is declared void, the other Clauses will remain in force and will be interpreted taking into account the spirit of these Terms and Conditions.
12. Modifications

Nanna Folk reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions, as well as its privacy policy and any other information. The entry into force of the modifications of the Terms and Conditions will occur from the moment of their publication on this Website.
14. Notifications
All communications between NANNA FOLK and the User regarding the contracting of orders through the Website will be made in writing and in accordance with the communication procedures established in these Terms and Conditions for each particular case.
17. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law. The parties, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the User's place of residence.
Likewise, by virtue of the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, 2013, regarding the resolution of online disputes in consumer matters, it is reported that, in the event of a dispute, the user residing in the European Union may go to the "Online Conflict Resolution Platform" developed by the European Commission, in order to try to resolve out of court any dispute arising from the provision of services by NANNA FOLK.

LEGAL BASES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE DRAW 15/11/2019
1.- COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION
The company Naola design, sl with address at C / Félix Candela nº 77 and identified with the number B85281566 organizes the national raffle (hereinafter, “the Promotion”), to be developed through the Internet, exclusively for users residing in Spain in accordance with the provisions of the section on participation requirements.
The raffle will take place on the Instagram profile of the Nanna Folk brand, belonging to the Naola design, S.L group.

2.-START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will begin on November 15, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. and will end on November 22 at 11:00 a.m.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
The participation requirements will be the following:
- Those who reside in Spain and are over 18 years of age may participate
- Only those Participants who are holders of an Instagram account may participate.
- Participants must comment on the publication of the brand on the social network Instagram tagging 2 friends during the participation period.
4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES
The winner will be chosen randomly through the Easypromos platform. The winner will be announced on November 22 through the brand's social profiles
The prize will consist of a € 100 Voucher to spend on www.nannafolk.com The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be subject to change or alteration. The voucher cannot be used to redeem for items with some type of discount.
The holding of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.
5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it is evidenced that any of the Participants does not meet the requirements set forth in the Bases, or the data provided to participate were not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded by virtue of this Promotion.
6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, which are offensive, injurious or discriminatory or which could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Nor will comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and self-image will be allowed. 10.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These legal bases will be governed in accordance with the law of Spain. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance of these bases.
